DAMPAK PENYALURAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA BANK PEMERINTAH (BUMN) DI INDONESIA

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the financial performances (CAR, NPL, ROA, BOPO, LDR) of Indonesian state-owned-enterprise (BUMN) Banks which also acted as Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). The research design used in this paper is descriptive qualitative using sample studies which included state-owned-enterprise banks that distributed the micro credit program going from 2005 up to 2017. The data analysis used is financial trend analysis and paired sample t-test for performance variables conducted using SPSS. The result showed a declining trend pattern of CAR, BOPO, NPL, and LDR variables while on the other hand, a rising trend pattern for ROA variable. The paired t test indicated no significant differences between CAR, ROA, and BOPO in before and after period of being the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program. The NPL and LDR variables were concluded as financial performance variables that were affected by the micro credit program distribution activities.
