PENGARUH LAYANAN LANGSUNG TERHADAP MINAT NASABAH MENABUNG DI PT. BPRS BARAKAH NAWAITUL IKHLAS KOTA SOLOK

Abstract


This research was conducted at the customer PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. The aim of this study was to determine how much influence the direct services to save customers' interest in PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. The method used is the method of purposive sampling techniques that are considered representative of the population. Sample taken from the population of 50 respondents, the data collection methods used is to use observations, questionnaires, to the library.

Based on simple regression analysis of the variables affecting the direct service and save customers' interest in PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok Y = 1.432 + 0,953X. T test conducted found variables significantly influence the direct services to save customers' interest in PT. SRB Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok with direct service variable value of 12.242 > 1.677 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

From the analysis, it was found that the indicator of the effectiveness of the variable direct services is an important factor in the implementation of the formation of customer interest. Service can directly support increased interest of customers, which will have an impact on the achievement of organizational goals while managerial recommendations that can be given, namely, manager of PT. SRB Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok as the leader of the Organization should pay more attention to the aspects relating to employee service improvement. Can be adequate facilities and infrastructure and the establishment of working procedures neat and orderly fashion adapted to the prevailing conditions such as the place of execution of customer pick-saving schedule.
