PENGARUH SUPPLY CHAIN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KERJA SAMA OPERASI RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract


Penelitian cross-sectional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Supply Chain Management terhadap kinerja keuangan konsorsium dalam kerjasama operasional rumah sakit di era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional melalui BPJS Kesehatan, dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan sebagai variabel interveningnya. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif di 12 rumah sakit, dengan sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dengan memberikan pertanyaan dan pernyataan tertulis kepada responden. Unit analisis penelitian adalah sampel Kerjasama Operasional antara konsorsium distribusi dan rumah sakit dalam pengelolaan laboratorium patologi klinik, dengan sampel sebanyak 38 responden (n = 38). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Supply Chain Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan, dan Kinerja Keuangan. Sebaliknya, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, namun Loyalitas Pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.
