INFLUENCE MOTIVATION, SUPERVISION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. TRANSCO PRATAMA SUNGAI BETUNG DHARMASRAYA

Abstract


This study aims to determine how much influence Motivation, Monitoring, and Work Displant Against Employee Performance PT. Transco Pratama Sungai Betung Dharmasraya Regency. This study consists of three independent variables namely Motivation, Supervision, and Work Discipline and a Variable Dependent Employee Performance. The analysis method used is Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression. Data collection method in this study is to use questionnaires filled by respondents ie Employees of PT. Transco Pratama Sungai Betung Dharmasraya Regency. The results showed that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2). Supervision has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 3). Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, 4).Motivation, Supervision, and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
