Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali

ABSTRAK
 

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali.(2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali, (3) pengaruh kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap karyawan PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karywan bagian kantor,gudang dan worshop sebanyak 32 orang, teknik analisis data menggunakan sofware SPPS 16.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi 0,369 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,015 (<0,05). kemudian gaya kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali, dengan koefisien regresi 0,399 dan nilai signifikansi 0,028 (< 0,05).Secara simultan kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali dengan nilai F sebesar 12,281 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05).

The Influence Of Reward And Leadership Style On The Performance Of Employee PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali
 
ABSTRACT
 

This research aimch to determine (1) The effect of reward on employee performance PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali.(2) The influence of leadership style on employee performance PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali,(3) influence of reward and leadership style to PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali. This study included into assosiative research. The sample used in this researchis employee of office, warehouse,and worshop counted 32 people , data analysis technique using SPSS 16.00 software. The result of this research show that compesation has positive and significant effect with regressionn coeffient 0,369 and significant value equal to 0,015 (< 0,05). Then leadership style also have positive and significant influence to employee performance of PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali, with regression coefficient 0,399 and significance value 0,028 (< 0,05). Simultaneously , the reward and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT.Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) Kinali employees with F value of 12,281 and the significance of 0,000 (< 0,05.

ABSTRAK
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Reward dan Punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping. Hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh Reward terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping, hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh Punishment terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping, dan hipotesis ketiga menguji pengaruh Reward dan Punishmentterhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping. dengan populasi 36 orang pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping, pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil dari hipotesis pertama penelitian menunjukkan bahwaRewardberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping. Hasil dari hipotesis kedua adalahPunishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor PosLubuk Sikaping. Secara simultan Reward dan Punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

ABSTRACT
 

This study aims to determine whether the Reward and Punishment affect the performance of employees at the Pos Office Lubuk Sikaping. The first hypothesis examined the influence of Reward on the performance of the employees Pos Office Lubuk Sikaping, the second hypothesis tested the influence of Punishment on the performance of Employees at Pos Office Lubuk Sikaping, and the third hypothesis to examine the influence of Reward and Punishment on the performance of employees at the Pos Office of Lubuk Sikaping. Population of thirty six people atThe Pos Office, measurement of variable using likert scale. Sampling by sampling method saturated or census.The data were collected by questionnaire method and analyzed by multiple regression.The results of the first hypothesis of the study indicate that Reward has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Pos Office Lubuk Sikaping. The result of the second hypothesis is that Punishment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pos Office Lubuk Sikaping.Simultaneously the Reward and Punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stress kerja dan pengawasan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Rao. Hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Rao. Hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Rao. Hipotesis ketiga menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja pegawai terhadap produktifitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Camat Rao. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik full sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode survei dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Rao. Hasil dari hipotesis kedua adalah pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Rao.

Analysis Effect Of Work Stress And Supervision On The Work Complacency In Camat Rao Office

Hendri Rosya, SE., M.M This study was aimed to examine the affect of the work stress and supervision on the work complacency of employees in Camat Rao Office. The first hypothesis tested the effect of the work stress on the work complacency of employees in Camat Rao Office. The second hypothesis tested supervision effect on the work complacency of employeesin Camat Rao Office. The population in this study were all employees in Camat Rao Office. The research sample using full sampling technique. Data were collected by a survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results from the study showed that the working stress was not significantly influenced the work complacency of employees in Camat Rao Office. Results of the second hypothesis showed that supervision significantly affected on the work complacency of employees in Camat Rao Office.

Penelitian ini menguji Analisa Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Industri Kosmetik yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2012-2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada industri kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2012-2015. Populasinya yaitu industri kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu PT. Martina Berto, Tbk dan PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode times series analisys. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rasio keuangan, meliputi perhitungan rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitas menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Martina Berto, Tbk dan PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk dalam kondisi baik mesipun berfluktuasi. Hasil kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang cenderung meningkat serta diatas rata-rata industri ada pada hasil rasio likuiditas, sedangkan rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan hasil yang kurang efisien. Sebaiknya manajemen perusahaan tetap mempertahankan tingkat likuiditas dan profitabilitas walaupun sudah baik namun tetap harus dipertahankan bahkan lebih baik jika ditingkatkan lagi.

This analysis examines the comparative analysis of financial performance of the cosmetics industry listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) for the period 2012-2015. This study aims to analyze the comparison of financial performance in the cosmetics industry listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) for the period 2012-2015. Its population is the cosmetics industry listed in Indonesian securities (BEI), and the sample used is PT. Martina Berto, Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk. The method used is time series analisys method. Based on the results of financial ratio analysis, including calculation of the ratio of likuiditas and profitability indicate that financial performance PT. Martina Berto, Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk in good condition although fluctuate. The results of the company’s financial performance that tends to increase and above the industry average is in the ratio of liquidity results, while the ratio of liquidity results, while the profitability ratio shows less efficient result. Should the company’s management still maintain the level of liquidity and profitability although it is good but still should be maintained even better if improved again. Pengaruh Pengawasan Melekat dan Reward terhadap disiplin Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

disiplin kerja pegawai merupakan variabel penting dalam pemerintahan. diantara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja pegawai adalah pengawasan melekat dan reward. Penelitian ini untuk meneliti pengaruh pengawasan melekat dan reward baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Badan Perencanaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 53 orang. Karena jumlahnya dibawah 100 maka semua populasi dijadikan responden sehingga tidak memerlukan penarikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel-variabel dengan instrumen yang dikuantifisir dengan skala Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan melekat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai dengan koefisien sebesar 0,442 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,025. Variabel reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan koefisien sebesar 0,382 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Pengujian secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi kantor Badan Perencanaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat bahwa untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawainya, dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan variabel pengawasan melekat dan reward.

The Influence Of Adherent Supervision And Reward Toward Work dicipline Of The West Pasaman Regency Planning Departement Employee.
 
ABSTRACT
 

discipline is an important factor for government employee. There are two main factors to improve the dicipline of the government employee, such adherent supervision and reward. This study aims to examine partial and simultaneous influence of adherent supervision and reward toward the dicipline of the West Pasaman Regency Planning Departement staffs. There are 53 participants wich get involved in this research. Because the number of participants are below 100 so that data were collected through questionnaires. Moreover, this instrument was quantified using Likert scale. The result of the research for funther depicts that adherent supervision is positve and gives significant effect toward work dicipline of the employee. This condition shows through the equal value to 0,442 and the significant equal value to 0,025. Then, reward variable is positive and affect significantly to work discipline of the West Pasaman Regency Planning Departement’s employee with equal coefficient of 0,382 and significant equal value to 0,001. Both of these variables give positive and significant effect to work discipline of the employee of West Pasaman Regency Planning Departement with significant value to 0.000. To conclude, both of adherent supervision and reward are recommended to increase dicipline of the West Pasaman Regency Planning Departement’s employee.
