This reserech aim’s to determine how (H1) The int luence of produck quality on customer loyality(H2) servis loyality on customer loyaliti(H3) produck quality on customer of Original Ink Pasaman Barat.Based on The probrem diseussed in this riseach, this is a decriPTiveResearch that seeks to uncover a symPTom, event, events for what is happening at the present time"" Based on the explanation of the descriPTive study above, this study aims to identify and describe a symPTom of the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty to the Original Ink Pasaman Barat , The population in this study are all consumers who ever make purchases, the technique determines the sample size by using the technique of non probility sampling, for the population of the unknown number of identity its members, the LR Gay in Sumanto (1995: 47) gives a provision namely to study a sample of at least 30 subjects, referring to the opinion of the researchers took a sample of 100 people. the sampling method, namely Sampling Convenience sampling technique where researchers have the freedom to choose whomever they meet, that anyone who has ever purchase transactions more than once in the Original Ink Pasaman Barat. Data types are in use quantitatively, the numerical data that can provide a solid interpretation or in other words this data in the form of figures obtained from the realization of the questionnaire distributed to the public. Based on the results of research conducted analysis shows that (H1) Product Quality positive and significant impact on Consumer Loyalty Original Ink West Pasaman value regression coefficient 2.639 and the significant value of 0.010 (<0.050), (H2) kualias performance positive and significant impact on Consumer Loyalty Original Ink West Pasaman with coefficient values of 0.202 and 5.332 significant values (> 0.05). When tested simultaneously, (H3) Product Quality and Service Quality significant effect on Consumer Loyalty Original Ink Pasaman Barat with significant value of 0.000 (<0.05) and the coefficient of determination of 47.0% and the balance of 53.0% again influenced by other variables not examined in this study hare. |

Pretasi Kerja pegawai merupakan variabel penting dalam suatu organisasi termasuk Dinas Pendidikan Pasaman Barat. diantara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pegawai adalah karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pasaman Barat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 71 orang. Karena jumlahnya dibawah 100 maka tidak ada penarikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel-variabel dengan instrumen yang dikuantifisir dengan skala Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dengan koefisien sebesar 0,282 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,028. Variabel karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dengan koefisien sebesar 0,453 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,011. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai karena nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,656. Pengujian secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi Dinas Pendidikan Pasaman Barat bahwa untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawainya, dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan variabel karakteristik individu dan karakteristik pekerjaan. |

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk yakult pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman Simpang empat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat, teknik menentukan besar sampel dengan menggunakan probability sampling menurut Sugiyono (2012) karena jumlah sampel tidak diketahui maka penulis mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang menjadi konsumen dari produk yakult. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner untuk mengukur variabel penelitian yang dikuantifisir dengan skala likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Yakult pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat dengan nilai koefesien regresi 0,451 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan juga promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefesien sebesar 0,333 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Bila diuji secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 47,1% dan sisanya sebesar 52,9% lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. |

This research is to analysed how the influence of product quality and promotion to buying decision of yakult product at university student in STIE pasaman simpang empat . The population of this research were unniversity student in STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat, technique that used to those sample with probability sampling,Sugiono (2012) because total of sample unknown so research her took about 100 people who consumen of Yakult product. Data was collected by quesioner to measured research variable that quantified by likert scale. The result of this research showed product quality gave the positif influenced and significant to buying decision of yakult product at university student in STIE pasaman simpang empat with regresi coeficient value 0,451 and significant value 0.000 < 0,05 and promotion gave positif influence olso with regresi coeficient value 0,333 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05 and determined coeficient value 47,1% and 52,9% influence by other variable that unresearch in this research. |

This study aims to determine how (1) Effect of Influence Leadership Style to The Employees Work Satisfaction (X1), (2) Effect of Oversight Of The Work to The Employees Work Satisfaction (X2). (3) Effect of Influence Leadership Style and Oversight of the work to The Employees Work Satisfaction in PTPN VI Sariak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat (Y). This study includes research into the associative describtive by using qualitative data processing. The population in this study are all employes of the plans parts, techniques determine the sample by using judgment sampling according Sugiono (2004) the sample is part of a number of characteristics procces by this population. From this argument ,the number sample is 55 employees plans parts. Data were collected through a questionnaire to measure the research variables are quantified with skla Likert. Based on the results of research conducted analysis shows that (1) Influence Leadership Style positive and significant effect on The Employees Work Satisfaction in PTPN VI Sariak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat with regression coefficient value of 0,125 and the significant value of 0.011 (<0.05), (2) Oversight Of The Work positive and significant effect on The Employees Work Satisfaction in PTPN VI Sariak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat with regression coefficient value of 0,421 and the significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). (3) Influence Leadership Style and Oversight Of The Work positive and significant effect on The Employees Work Satisfaction in PTPN VI Sariak Kabupaten Pasaman Barat to the significant value of 0.000 (<0.05) and the coefficient of determination of 30,1% and the balance of 69,9% again influenced by other variables not examined in this study. |
