Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. Hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. Hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman dan Hipotesis ketiga menguji pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman dengan sampel 40 responden, pengukuran skala menggunakan skala likert. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil dari hipotesis pertama penelitian menunjukan bahwa Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. Hasil dari hipotesis kedua adalah motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. Hasil dari hipotesis ketiga adalah Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. Secara simultan Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kabupaten Pasaman. |

This study aims to test the influence of Communication, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Environment Assistant General Administration Setda Pasaman Regency. The population in this study was Civil Servants (PNS) in the Environment Assistant General Administration Setda Pasaman district with a sample of 40 respondents, scale measurement using a likert scale. The research data was collected by questionnaire method and analyzed with multiple regressions. The results of the first hypothesis of the study showed that Communication had a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Environment Assistant General Administration Setda Pasaman Regency. The result of the second hypothesis is that the motivation has no significant effect on the performance of employees in the Setda General Administration Assistant Environment pasaman regency. The result of the third hypothesis is that the work environment has no significant effect on the performance of employees in the Environment Assistant General Administration Setda Pasaman Regency. Simultaneously Communication, Motivation and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Environment Assistant General Administration Setda Pasaman Regency. |

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja ASN pada Kantor Camat Panti. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh artinya semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 35 responden. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, angket dan studi pustaka. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Insentif (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan variable dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Semangat Kerja (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa didapatkan persamaan regresi linear berganda Y= 7,286 + 0,853 X1 + 0,614 X2 + e. Dari uji t yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa variabel bebas Insentif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Semangat Kerja), dan variabel bebas Motivasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Semangat Kerja). Dari uji F terbukti bahwa varibel Insentif dan Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan Semangat kerja. Hal ini terbukti dengan koofesien determinasi atau R Square (R2) memiliki koefisien sebesar 89,7% sedangkan sisanya 11,3% lagi dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan didalam model penelitian ini. |

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and motivation on the morale of ASN at the office Camat Panti . Sampling was carried out using the saturated sampling method, meaning that all populations were sampled. Samples were taken as many as 35 respondents. The data collection method used was observation, questionnaires and literature study. The independent variables in this study were incentives (X1), motivation (X2) and the dependent variable in this study was morale (Y). The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y= 7.286 + 0.853 Xi + 0.614 X2 + e. From the t-test conducted, it was found that the independent variable Incentives had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Spirit), and the independent variable Motivation also had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Spirit). From the F test, it is proven that the Incentive and Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on increasing work morale. This is proven by the coefficient of determination or R Square (R2) has a coefficient of 89.7% while the remaining 11.3% is explained by other variables that are not used in this research model. |

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of ASN at the regional secretariat of Pasaman Regency.
