disini saya Membahas Tentang Pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengawasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Pasaman.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja petugas kebersihan dan pertamanan pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Pasaman, Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja terhadap kinerja Petugas kebersihan dan Pertamanan pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Pasaman, Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengawasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas kebersihan pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Pasaman. Sedangkan dalam proses pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS 16. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa Motivasi (X1) dan Pengawasan Kerja (X2) sangat berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) hal ini didapat dari hasil analisis data dan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan R Square sebesar 0,492 (49,2%) dan persamaan regre sederhana yaitu Y = 32,393 + 0,375x^1+0,517x^2+ e. yang artinya Motivasi dan Pengawasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Petugas Kebersihan sebesar 49,2% sedangkan sisanya 50,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Here I discuss About the Influence of Motivation and Work Supervision on the Performance of Cleaning and Gardening Officer at the Office of Environment, Housing and Settlement Area Pasaman. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of cleaners and landscaping officers at the Office of the Environment, Residential Housing and Settlement Area of Pasaman Regency, Knowing and Analyzing the Influence of Work Inspection on the performance of Cleaning and Gardening Officer at the Office of Environment, Housing and Settlement Area of Pasaman Regency, Knowing and Analyzing the influence of Motivation and Work Supervision on Performance of Cleaning Officer at the Department of Environment, Housing and Settlement Area of Pasaman Regency. While in the process of data processing using the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 16 program. The results obtained that the Motivation (X1) and Work Supervision (X2) is very influential singapifikan to Performance (Y) this is obtained from the results of data analysis and the results of hypothesis testing with R Square equal to 0,492 (49,2%) and simple regre equation is Y = 32,393 + 0,375x ^ 1 + 0,517x ^ 2 + e. Which means Motivation and Work supervision has a significant influence on the performance of Cleaning Officers of 49.2% while the remaining 50.8% influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.
