PENGARUH REWARD DAN CAREER DEVELOPMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM IBNU SINA SIMPANG EMPAT

ABSTRAK
 

Nama : JENDRI Nim : 17612010070 Pembimbing : 1. Hj. Erdawati, SE., M.Si 2. Jayasman, SE., M.Si Kinerja memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam keberhasilan bisnis dengan beberapa factor yang mempengaruhi yaitu Reward dan Career Development. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 16,0 untuk mendapatkan estimasi dan interprestasi yang baik dari penelitian ini maka sampel yang diteliti di tetapkan sebanyak 39 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner untuk mengukur variabel kuantitatif dengan skala likert. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Reward 2) Pengaruh Career Development Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 3) Pengaruh Reward dan Career Development Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Para Medis Non Perawatan Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat dengan nilai koefisien regresi 8,034 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), kemudian Career Development berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Para Medis Non Perawatan Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,127 dan nilai signifikansi 0,889 atau (> 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,677 atau 67,7% Selebihnya yaitu 32,3 % lagi dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Jayasman, SE., M.Si Performance has an important role in business success with several factors that influence namely Reward and Career Development. This research uses multiple linear analysis with SPSS version 16.0 program, to get the best estimate and interpretation of this research, the research sample was set at 39 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires to measure quantitative variables using a likert scale. This research aims to determine: 1) The Effect of Reward 2) The Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance 3) The Effect of Reward and Career Development on Employee Performance. The results of research showed that the Reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Non-Medics at the Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat with a regression coefficient value of 8,034 and a significance value of 0,000 (<0,05), then Career Development has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performanc Non-Medics at the Islamic Hospital of Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat with a regression coefficient value of 0,127 and a significance value of 0,889 or (> 0,05). The value coefficient of determination is 0,677 or 67,7%. The remaining 32,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

ABSTRAK
 

Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecukupan modal bank. Modal bagi bank digunakan untuk menyerap kerugian yang berasal dari aktifitas perbankan dan sebagai dasar dari beberapa kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Non Performing Loan dan Loan to Deposit Ratio terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio secara parsial pada PT. BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari periode 2015-2019. (2) pengaruh Non Performing Loan dan Loan to Deposit Ratio terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio secara simultan pada PT. BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari periode 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Secara parsial variabel Non Performing Loan dan Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio. (2) Secara simultan variabel Non Performing Loan dan Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,766. Dari nilai tersebut dapat dilakukan penafsiran bahwa Non Performing Loan (X1) dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (X2) terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (Y) sebesar 76,6%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,4% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

THE IMPACT OF CREDIT RISK AND LIQUIDITY ON CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO AT PT. BPR SWADAYA ANAK NAGARI PERIOD 2015-2019
 
ABSTRACT
 

Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is one of the indicators used to measure bank capital adequacy. Capital for banks is used to absorb losses from banking activities and as the basis for several policies issued by banks. This research was conducted to determine (1) the impact of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Capital Adequacy Ratio partially at PT. BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari period 2015-2019. (2) the impact of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Capital Adequacy Ratio simultaneously at PT. BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari period 2015-2019. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partially Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a positive and significant impact on Capital Adequacy Ratio. (2) Simultaneously Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio have positive and significant impact on Capital Adequacy Ratio. The value of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.766. From these values it can be interpretated that Non-Performing Loans (X1) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (X2) of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (Y) amounted to 76.6%. While the remaining 23.4% is affected by other factors which are not tested in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap Return On Assets pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020, 2) Pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap Return On Equity pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020, 3) Pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap Net Profit Margin pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020 dan penarikan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 perusahaan. Hasil analisa regresi liner berganda menggunakan Eviews menunjukkan bahwa 1) Variabel perputaran piutang memiliki nilai sig 0,1377 > 0,05 dimana koefisien (β) sebesar -0,002413. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran piutang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Assets. 2) Variabel perputaran piutang memiliki nilai sig 0,2435 > 0,05 dimana koefisien (β) sebesar -0,003737. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran piutang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Equity. 3) Variabel perputaran piutang memiliki nilai sig 0,1393 > 0,05 dimana koefisien (β) sebesar -0,008899. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran piutang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin.

ANALYSIS OF RECEIVABLE TURNOVER AND THEIR IMPACT ON PROFITABILITY IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SECTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE IN 2020

This study aims to determine : 1) The effect of accounts receivable turnover on Return On Assets in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020, 2) The effect of accounts receivable turnover on Return On Equity in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020, 3) The effect of receivables turnover on the Net Profit Margin of manufacturing companies in the automotive industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 and the sample was drawn using a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria, the sample in this study amounted to 14 companies. . The results of multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews show that 1) The receivable turnover variable has a sig value of 0.1377 > 0.05 where the coefficient (β) is - 0.002413. This shows that the receivables turnover variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Return On Assets. 2) The receivable turnover variable has a sig value of 0.2435 > 0.05 where the coefficient (β) is - 0.003737. This shows that the receivables turnover variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Return On Equity. 3) The receivable turnover variable has a sig value of 0.1393 > 0.05 where the coefficient (β) is - 0.008899. This shows that the receivables turnover variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the Net Profit Margin.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis:1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation. 2) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation.3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan staf kantor PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation yaitu sebanyak 42 orang karyawan. Untuk pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik sampel sensus yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan mengambil semua populasi menjadi sampel. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 42 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa :1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan varaiabel kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variable budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation.3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variable kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT.Gersindo Minang Plantation. Koefesien determinasi untuk variable bebasnya dilihat dari angka R square adalah 0,393. Artinya, besarnya kontribusi pengaruh variable-variabel idenpenden terhadap variable dependen adalah sebesar 39.3%

The Impact Of Leadership And Organizational Culture On Employee Achievement At Pt.Gersindo Minang Plantation (Gmp) Pasaman Barat
 
ABSTRACT
 

This study aims is to analyze and find out: 1) The impact of leadership on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. 2) The impact of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. 3) The impact of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation office staff. For sampling, it applies census sampling technique, namely sampling which was carried out by taking all the population as samples. The number of samples in this study were 42 employees. The results of the study found that: 1) There is a positive and significant impact of leadership on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. 2) There is a positive and insignificant impact of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. 3) There is a positive and significant impact of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The coefficient of determination for the independent variable seen from the R square number is 0.393. That is, the magnitude of the contribution of the impact of independent variables on dependent variable is 39,3%.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Laras Internusa (LIN) Kinali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh antara Motivasi Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Laras Internusa (Lin) Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Laras Internusa Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang 36 orang karyawan kantor. Peneliti mengambil sampel karyawan kantor yang berjumlah 36 orang. Dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, maka jumlah sampel 36 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.00. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dan dijelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Laras Internusa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05), dan Terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan variabel Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Laras Internusa dengan nilai signifikasi 0,117(< 0,05) , Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi dan Etos Kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Laras InterNusa dengan nilai F sebesar 22.668 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05). Nilai R² menunjukkan 0.579 atau 57.9 %. Artinya, besarnya kontribusi pengaruh variabel Motivasi dan Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja adalah sebesar 58%. Sisanya atau sebesar 42.1 % lagi dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam pengujian ini

THE EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND WORK ETHOS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF PT. LARAS INTERNUSA (LIN) KINALI WEST PASAMAN
 
ABSTRACT
 

This research was conducted at PT. Laras Internusa (LIN) Kinali. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between motivation and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Laras Internusa (Lin) Kinali, West Pasaman Regency. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Laras Internusa, West Pasaman Regency, which opened 806 field employees and 36 office employees. Researchers took samples of office employees, amounting to 36 people. Because the population is under 100 people, the sampling technique is a sample of all the population being sampled, so the number of samples is 36 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.00. The results of this study indicate a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. And it is explained that there is a positive and significant influence of the motivation variable on the performance of employees of PT. Laras Internusa with a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05), and there is a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Laras Internusa with a significance value of 0.117 (< 0.05), there is an influence of motivation and work ethic which together have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Laras InterNusa with an F value of 22,668 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05). The R² value shows 0.579 or 58%. That is, the magnitude of the contribution of the motivation variable and work ethic on performance is 58%. The rest or 42% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this test.
