PENGARUH ABSENSI SIDIK JARI (FINGER PRINT) DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN PASAMAN

ABSTRAK
 

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pasaman dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh absensi sidik jari (finger print) dan kedisiplinan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pasaman. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah : Absensi sidik jari (finger print), Kedisiplinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pasaman yang berjumlah 48 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 48 orang. Metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Uji regresi simultan (uji f) memperlihatkan bahwa model regresi yang ada sudah baik dan layak digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan kata lain variabel independen (absensi sidik jari /finger print dan kedisiplinan) secara bersama atau simultan mampu menjelaskan secara signifikan variabel dependen (motivasi kerja). Besarnya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan (R2) oleh variabel absensi sidik jari (finger print) dan kedisipilinan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pasaman sebesar 44,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55.6.% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, uji regresi parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel absensi sidik jari (finger print) berperan positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pasaman. Sedangkan variabel kedisiplinan berperan positif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja tetapi tidak signifikan.

EFFECT OF FINGERPRINT AND DISCIPLINE ATTEMPT AGAINST WORKING MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEE OFFICE OF MINISTRY OF REGLIGIOUS OF PASAMAN REGENCY
 
ABSTRACT
 

This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Pasaman with the aim to determine the effect of fingerprint attendance and discipline on work motivation of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Pasaman. The variables in this research are: Fingerprint and discipline Attendance to Work Motivation. While the population in this study is all employees of the Office of Kemeterian Religion Pasaman regency, amounting to 48 people. Sample in this research is to use technique of saturated sample that is entire population used as sample which is 48 people. Method of multiple analysis using SPSS version 16. The simultaneous regression test (f test) shows that the existing regression model is good and feasible to be used in this research, in other words the independent variable (fingerprint and discipline attendance) simultaneously or simultaneously can explain significantly dependent variable (work motivation). The magnitude of the influence (R2) by the fingerprint attendance and discipline variable is able to contribute to the improvement of work motivation of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pasaman Regency by 44.4% while the rest of 55.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in the research this. The result of the test has been done, partial regression test (t test) shows that the fingerprint attendance variable has a positive and significant role in increasing the work motivation of the employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pasaman Regency. While the variables of discipline play a positive role in improving work motivation but not significant.

ABSTRAK
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hipotesis ketiga menguji pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman secara bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling atau (sensus). Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian hipotesis pertama memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,159 > alpha 0,05 sehingga motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hasil hipotesis kedua memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,351 > alpha 0,05 sehingga disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hasil hipotesis ketiga memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,007 < alpha 0.05 sehingga motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PNS di MTsN 1 Pasaman.

Research data were collected by the method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensai dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas pegawai puskesmas pegang baru. hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap loyalitas pegawai puskesmas pegang baru. hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap loyalitas pegawai puskesmas pegang baru. hipotesis jetiga menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas pegawai puskesmas pegang baru secara bersama-sama. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai puskesmas pegang baru. sampel ini menggunakan teknik smpling jenuh (sensus). data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian uji hipotesis pertama memperlihatkan bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0,062 > alpha 0,05 sehingga kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pegawai puskesmas pegang baru.Hasil uji hipotesis kedua memperlihatkan bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0,147 > alpha 0,05 sehingga motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pegawai Puskesmas Pegang Baru.Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga memperlihatkan bahwa nilai sig 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga kompensasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pegawai Puskesmas Pegang Baru.

ABSTRAK
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. Hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. Hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. Hipotesis ketiga menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping secara bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di kantor pusat PDAM Pusat sebanyak 32 orang dan di PDAM Unit sebanyak 22 orang, jadi total populasinya sebanyak 54 orang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian uji hipotesis pertama memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. Hasil uji hipotesis kedua memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga budaya organisasi dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PDAM Lubuk Sikaping.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AT PDAM LUBUK SIKAPING
 
ABSTRACT
 

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. The first hypothesis examines the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. The second hypothesis examines the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. The third hypothesis examines the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping together. The population in this study were all employees in the kantor pusat PDAM head office as many as 32 people and in the PDAM Unit as many as 22 people, so the total population was 54 people. The sample of this study used the census method. Research data were collected by the method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the first hypothesis test research showed that a significant value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that organizational culture has an influence on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. The second hypothesis test results show that a significant value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that compensation has an influence on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping. The third hypothesis test results show that a significant value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that organizational culture and compensation together have an influence on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lubuk Sikaping.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hipotesis pertama menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hipotesis kedua menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hipotesis ketiga menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman secara bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS sebanyak 47 orang dan guru honorer sebanyak 22 orang di MTSN 1 Pasaman. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian hipotesis pertama memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hasil hipotesis kedua memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 < alpha 0,05 sehingga kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman. Hasil hipotesis ketiga memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi guru di MTsN 1 Pasaman.

The results of the third hypothesis show that a significant value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that the work environment and job satisfaction together have an influence on achievement guru in MTsN 1 Pasaman.
